A simple poem which captures a person reflecting on the world outside, with an eye on the one inside

    The Pros
    The rhyme scheme was brilliant. If there was an actual pattern, I didn't quite catch it, but the feel and rhythm of the rhyming fit in very well.
    Also, many of the lines were very relatable. The poem has a flow that you can feel yourself slide into.
    The Cons
    I'm sure exactly where the poem was going...
    If it was going anywhere.
    If there was an overriding theme to the piece, I don't believe I saw it.
    Not that poetry actually needs a theme, though.
    Final Thoughts
    All over, a good read. Once the flow pulled me in, it had me. Usually, it can be hard to read a thick poem, but this one was surprisingly smooth. It shows signs of much writing experience.
